Welcome to the Athletics New Zealand Member Club Affiliation page. The purpose of this form is to gather up-to-date contact details to improve our communication with all clubs, it will take around 10 minutes to fill out and will require you to enter key club contacts (E.g. President name and email address).
If you have to make any changes to key club contacts (E.g. Club President) during the season, please email the change to email@example.com so we can make the change in the system for you.
Clubs have the option of paying their Member Club afiliation fee online using a debit or credit card, or by bank transfer, please select the appropriate category from the first page of the form. If you select the bank transfer option and do not receive your invoice please contact firstname.lastname@example.org promptly
Please Note: This invoice needs to be paid to confirm your clubs affiliation for the year. If paid before 5 July 2022 (60 days prior to the 2022 AGM) your club is able to vote at the 2022 AGM. Please pay now so this deadline is not overlooked.
If you have completed your club affiliation and payment after 5 July 2022, you are still able to attend the Athletics NZ Club Connect Conference, but the club will not count towards the quorum or have voting rights at the AGM.
Your Registrar will be given access to ClubNet once club affiliation has been completed.
